A nomad at heart, Stefi has followed her curiosity across continents — a path influenced by her studies in International Relations at Johns Hopkins University and her work at an international development organization. Her novels draw inspiration from the places where she has lived and explored: from African villages to Himalayan valleys, South American peaks to Middle Eastern deserts, Northern fjords to remote Scottish islands. No place has ever felt too far.
